The leanest and most tender cut of pork, pork fillet is also known as tenderloin.

Our boneless fillets of pork are from English pigs, and are supplied fresh.

Pork fillet has a mild flavour so is very good served with added herbs or spices.

Cover in a herb crust and bake whole, or slice into pork medallions of your preferred size.

Be careful not to overcook, and always leave to rest. This will ensure the meat doesn't dry out.

Tip: Marinate cubed fillet in middle-eastern spices. Grill and serve with lemon-infused couscous.

Put into a fridge as soon as possible after delivery, and consume within 5 days or before best before date on packaging.

Suitable for home freezing – please freeze on day of delivery and use within 3 months. Defrost fully before cooking.

Remove from fridge 30 minutes before cooking and allow to come to room temperature.

Rub your choice of dried herbs into the dry fillet, then seal all over in a hot oiled pan. Transfer to an oven heated to 230°C and cook for 20 minutes.

Leave to rest in a warm place for 10 minutes before serving.

We use technologically-advanced packaging , which we have put through vigorous testing to ensure your order arrives with you at the correct temperature.

We deliver from Tuesday to Friday, and also on Saturdays for a surcharge. Delivery is charged at £5, with free delivery for all orders of £75.00 and over, except for Saturday deliveries which have a surcharge of £15. Our deliveries are made between 8am and 4pm, and you can choose to have your order delivered to you at home, to your place of work or to another address you choose.
