Terms & Conditions



As our products are sourced from specialist producers and in some cases are produced to order especially for you, please allow up to 5 working days from ordering for us to dispatch goods.


Deliveries are Tuesday To Saturday (Weekend Delivery charge to be added) only and would be scheduled as follows and subject to availability:
Order placed Day 1; Picked, Packed and collected by Courier on Day 2;  Delivered to customer Day 3.
We will do our best to fulfil all requests according to product availability.

Delivery Charges

Please note the delivery charge covers UK mainland only and to a maximum weight of 10kg.
We deliver to the whole of the UK with the following exceptions: AB30-39, AB40-45, AB51-56, BT, DD5, DD7-10, DG, FK1-21, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA26-28, KW, PA20-80, PH15-44, PH49-50, PO30-41, TD, TR21-25, ZE.
Delivery to non-UK mainland destinations quoted on an individual basis.


Overnight couriers are used for all orders. They are advised to 'leave safe' if there is nobody to sign for the goods.  If you have particular delivery instructions, please advise at the time of ordering.  We would advise, where possible, taking delivery at a business premises, where someone will be available throughout working hours or possibly to send goods to a neighbour.  Please be aware that it is not possible to give multiple alternatives for the delivery address.  Please note it is a requirement of the courier company that we must have the telephone number at the delivery address and we cannot accept responsibility for addresses provided incorrectly.  Your goods will be despatched for delivery on the agreed date and could be delivered any time up until 6pm.  Please be aware that we cannot track the exact location of your order during the day and will only be notified by the couriers if there is a problem.

Complaints Procedure

It is your responsibility to check your order immediately & carefully on receipt of goods.  In the unlikely event of goods being unsatisfactory, damaged or incomplete, you should accept delivery and contact us within 24 hours.


As our products are supplied fresh and primarily produced to order, we regret that once an order is placed, it is not possible to cancel it and refunds are at the discretion of the management.  In the unlikely event of a product being unsatisfactory, please contact us immediately.  Do not return goods without first speaking to a customer services advisor.

Accuracy & Nuts

Every care has been taken to ensure that all prices and descriptions on our website are correct.  In the case of error you will be given the opportunity to cancel your order.  We apologise if this is the case.  We have identified where possible products which contain nuts.  However, we would advise customers with nut allergies to check the manufacturer's label.  All products could possibly be contaminated with nuts.
