By far one of our most popular cuts of meat, pork belly is very traditional and also very economical.

A slow roast belly of pork is simply delicious - cook it slowly on a low heat and the crackling will be crunchy and golden, the meat meltingly tender and moist.

All of our pork bellies come from English pigs, and can be cooked as they are or stuffed and rolled before cooking.

Tip: Score the fat that covers the pork belly before cooking for a crispy crackling.

Minimum weight 1kg - provides 4 adult portions.

Put into a fridge as soon as possible after delivery, and consume within 5 days or before best before date on packaging.

Suitable for home freezing – please freeze on day of delivery and use within 3 months. Defrost fully before cooking.

Remove from fridge 30 minutes before cooking and allow to come to room temperature.

Score the fat almost all the way through to the meat, and rub in seasoned oil.

Place the belly on a bed of chunky chopped vegetables, put in a very hot oven for 15 minutes, then turn down to 170° and cook for another 2.5 to 3 hours.

We use technologically-advanced packaging , which we have put through vigorous testing to ensure your order arrives with you at the correct temperature.

We deliver from Tuesday to Friday, and also on Saturdays for a surcharge. Delivery is charged at £5, with free delivery for all orders of £75.00 and over, except for Saturday deliveries which have a surcharge of £15. Our deliveries are made between 8am and 4pm, and you can choose to have your order delivered to you at home, to your place of work or to another address you choose.
