Our New Zealand lambs are grass-fed and reared as naturally as possible; the taste really can't be beaten.

These 8 bone racks are larger than average, and they come supplied in pairs so you get, in effect, sixteen cutlets.

Tip: Make a paste with salt, pepper, garlic, red wine, french mustard and fresh mint to rub into and all over the meat before cooking.

Each large rack weighs a minimum of 550g - total pack weight minimum 1.1Kg

Put into a freezer as soon as possible after delivery, and consume within 12 months or before best before date on packaging

Defrost fully before cooking, best left in a fridge for 24 hours to defrost slowly. Once defrosted eat within 48 hours and do not refreeze

Remove from fridge 30 minutes before cooking and allow to come to room temperature.

Seal all edges in a hot pan, then transfer to an oven pre-heated to 220°C (Gas Mark 7) for 10-14 minutes depending on how you like your lamb cooked.

Leave to rest in a warm place for 10 minutes after cooking.

Delivery Information

We use technologically-advanced packaging , which we have put through vigorous testing to ensure your order arrives with you at the correct temperature.

We deliver from Tuesday to Friday, and also on Saturdays for a surcharge. Delivery is charged at £5, with free delivery for all orders of £75.00 and over, except for Saturday deliveries which have a surcharge of £15. Our deliveries are made between 8am and 4pm, and you can choose to have your order delivered to you at home, to your place of work or to another address you choose.
