A French classic, ready to cook

Duck confit is a traditional French dish, and we've made it really easy to prepare.

Our French supplier has cooked the duck legs already in their own fat, and you just need to heat them through before serving.

Duck confit is created by braising duck legs in duck fat until they're cooked through. They are then roasted until the skin is crisp.

You'll receive a pack containing two duck legs, surrounded in fat - but don't let that put you off.
During cooking the fat melts away and although this is by no means a low-fat dish, it isn't greasy and unpleasant.

Tip: Simply roast in a hot oven until the skin is crispy and the legs hot all the way through.

Pack contains 2 duck legs, each weighing around 200g.

Minimum pack weight 600g.
