Our boneless Uruguayan sirloin is perfect as a roasting joint, or can be cut down into individual sirloin steaks.

South American beef is renowned for being high quality and this offers great value for money.

This beef is free-range, grass-fed, and a really delicious example of why Uruguayan beef is renowned all over the world.

The cattle are allowed to roam the wide plains and feed on fresh pampas grass which is native to Uruguay, giving the beef an aromatic flavour and very good eating quality.

Each sirloin weighs a minimum 4kg - 6kg will provide at least 20 x 7oz (200g)  steaks.

Put into a fridge as soon as possible after delivery, and consume within 5 days or before best before date on packaging

Suitable for home freezing – please freeze on day of delivery and use within 3 months. Defrost fully before cooking.

Remove from fridge 30 minutes before cooking and allow to come to room temperature.

Cut into portions and cook simply as sirloin steaks, or cook whole as a roasting joint.

After cooking, cover and leave to rest in a warm place for at least 10 minutes.

Delivery Information

We use technologically-advanced packaging , which we have put through vigorous testing to ensure your order arrives with you at the correct temperature.

We deliver from Tuesday to Friday, and also on Saturdays for a surcharge. Delivery is charged at £5, with free delivery for all orders of £75.00 and over, except for Saturday deliveries which have a surcharge of £15. Our deliveries are made between 8am and 4pm, and you can choose to have your order delivered to you at home, to your place of work or to another address you choose.
