Treat yourself to a versatile whole pork loin, supplied with fat for a delicious crackling.

The rib bones are left in, which adds to flavour and also presentation. The chine bone along the bottom is removed but tied back on the meat. This creates a base for the meat whilst it's cooking, but can be removed for easier carving.

Cut into cutlets or divide it into smaller roasting joints which you can freeze if not needed right away.

Tip: Rub the pork loin with seasoning before cooking - try Chinese five spice for something different.

Minimum weight 4kg – at least 12 adult portions.

Put into a fridge as soon as possible after delivery, and consume within 5 days or before best before date on packaging.

Suitable for home freezing – please freeze on day of delivery and use within 3 months. Defrost fully before cooking.

Remove from fridge 30 minutes before cooking and allow to come to room temperature.

Score the fat to help it crisp up whilst cooking. Season all over with salt and pepper, and any herbs or spices you like to use.

Roast at 190°C for 20 minutes per 450g - around 3 hours for a 4kg piece.

Leave to rest in a warm place for 20 minutes before serving.

We use technologically-advanced packaging , which we have put through vigorous testing to ensure your order arrives with you at the correct temperature.

We deliver from Tuesday to Friday, and also on Saturdays for a surcharge. Delivery is charged at £5, with free delivery for all orders of £75.00 and over, except for Saturday deliveries which have a surcharge of £15. Our deliveries are made between 8am and 4pm, and you can choose to have your order delivered to you at home, to your place of work or to another address you choose.
