The beef sirloin is taken from the back, and is one of the most popular cuts of beef for steak in Australia.

Sirloin has a bone running along it, but once removed from the bone it is then called a striploin, and can be used as an impressive roasting joint, or cut down into sirloin steaks of your preferred size.

Our beef sirloin comes from grass fed Australian cattle, which are raised on huge ranches in Queensland and subject to strict welfare controls, which is reflected in the flavour.

Approx weight 4.0-5.0kg

As a roasting joint this will serve at least 20 people, or can also be cut into around 20 x 7oz sirloin steaks.
