Our half legs of lamb are taken from grass-fed, free-roaming lambs that graze on the lush hills of New Zealand in a naturally beautiful, stress-free environment.

This is reflected in the delicious flavour and wonderful texture of meat which New Zealand is famous for.

The long leg bone remains running through the joint, but the internal 'aitch' bone has been removed which sits at the end of it. This process is known in the trade as ABO for 'aitch bone out'.

This creates a lamb leg joint which is easy to serve, just carve along the central bone.

Each leg weighs a minimum 800g and will feed 2-3 adults

Put into a freezer as soon as possible after delivery, and consume within 12 months or before best before date on packaging.

Defrost fully before cooking, best left in a fridge for 24 hours to defrost slowly. Once defrosted eat within 48 hours and do not refreeze.

Remove from fridge 30 minutes before cooking and allow to come to room temperature.

Cook at 200°C (Gas Mark 6) for 75 minutes for medium if you like it pink, or 90 minutes if you prefer it well done.

Leave to rest in a warm place for 20 minutes after cooking.

We use technologically-advanced packaging , which we have put through vigorous testing to ensure your order arrives with you at the correct temperature.

We deliver from Tuesday to Friday, and also on Saturdays for a surcharge. Delivery is charged at £5, with free delivery for all orders of £75.00 and over, except for Saturday deliveries which have a surcharge of £15. Our deliveries are made between 8am and 4pm, and you can choose to have your order delivered to you at home, to your place of work or to another address you choose.
