Taken from the ‘best end’ of British Lambs, the chine bone which runs along between the ribs is removed, leaving just the meat and the rib bones.

The lamb racks are French trimmed, which means the rib bones are scraped of all meat and fat, leaving clean bones and a leaner and more presentable piece of meat.

Roast them whole, or cut down between the bones to form cutlets or smaller racks for single servings.

Tip: Lightly brush with seasoned olive oil, seal on all sides in a hot pan, then roast on a high heat until pink to appreciate the natural taste.

Each lamb rack has 8 bones, weighs a minimum of 450g, and will serve 2 adults.

Pack weighs 900g, contains 2 lamb racks and contains 4 adult servings.

Put into a fridge as soon as possible after delivery, and consume within 5 days or before best before date on packaging.

Suitable for home freezing – please freeze on day of delivery and use within 3 months. Defrost fully before cooking.

Remove from fridge 30 minutes before cooking and allow to come to room temperature.

Seal all edges in a hot pan, then transfer to an oven pre-heated to 220°C (Gas Mark 7) for 8-12 minutes depending on how you like your lamb cooked.

Leave to rest in a warm place for 10 minutes after cooking.

We use technologically-advanced packaging , which we have put through vigorous testing to ensure your order arrives with you at the correct temperature.

We deliver from Tuesday to Friday, and also on Saturdays for a surcharge. Delivery is charged at £5, with free delivery for all orders of £75.00 and over, except for Saturday deliveries which have a surcharge of £15. Our deliveries are made between 8am and 4pm, and you can choose to have your order delivered to you at home, to your place of work or to another address you choose.
