Beef Picanha is a very popular South American cut of beef, used extensively in Brazil.

Pronounced 'pee-can-ya', if you've ever eaten beef at a Brazilian restaurant you've probably tried it.

It is also known as the Top Sirloin or Rump Cap and is just the very top part of a traditional rump joint.

Ideal to roast whole, it can also be cut into rump steaks.

Tip: For a true Brazilian experience, thread thick strips of picanha onto a metal skewer and grill. Serve straight from the skewer.

Our beef Picanha is taken from 100% South American beef, for a genuine traditional taste.

Minimum weight 1.4kg as a roasting joint will serve 7.
